FAQ

Oshawa elevator questions

Do you handle accessibility upgrades?

Yes — car controls, signals, door timing and, where needed, platform or LULA lifts.

Can you plan a 10-year elevator budget for our building?

Yes — a capital plan lists each car, its condition and the recommended timing and cost range of work.

Can you modernize just the controller?

Sometimes. A partial modernization (controller and drive, or doors) can be the right first step if the machine and other components are in good condition.

What happens after an inspection order in Ontario?

The order lists deficiencies and a deadline. We quote and schedule the corrections so the device stays licensed with TSSA.

Do you work with condo boards and property managers in Oshawa?

Yes. We provide written scopes, cost ranges and phasing that can be presented to owners and approved.

Buildings in Oshawa

In Oshawa, most of our projects begin with an inspection order or a maintenance contract that no longer controls downtime. We survey the equipment, read the reports and build a modernization scope that fixes the cause.

Every project is closed out with test records and documentation ready for TSSA acceptance.

Cold winters, road salt and grit wear door sills and tracks, and hydraulic cars slow down in unheated spaces.
